Downtown Dubai recorded 2,448 residential sales over the last twelve months, at a median AED 2,870 per square foot, about 66% above the Dubai citywide median. Prices rose 7.0% year on year. Unlike most of Dubai, this is mainly a ready market: only 37% of sales were off-plan, against 75% citywide. A studio sold at a median AED 1.76M, a one-bedroom at AED 2.2M, a two-bedroom at AED 3.74M and a three-bedroom at AED 6.62M.
