Downtown Dubai recorded 2,853 residential sales over the last twelve months, at a median AED 2,922 per square foot, about 68% above the Dubai citywide median. Prices rose 10.2% year on year. Unlike most of Dubai, this is mainly a ready market: only 40% of sales were off-plan, against 76% citywide. A studio sold at a median AED 1.77M, a one-bedroom at AED 2.2M, a two-bedroom at AED 3.77M and a three-bedroom at AED 6M.
