About the founder

Tasleem Shahid

Founder of Prop971

On a mission to make every UAE property decision a data-driven one.

Tasleem Shahid is the founder of Prop971 and the driving force behind its vision of AI-powered, data-driven property research for the UAE.

The idea was born from her own journey. Setting out to buy property in the UAE, Tasleem discovered how hard it was to make a confident decision. Listings and brochures were everywhere. Clear, trustworthy answers were not. Was a project fairly priced for its area? How had prices really moved? What could a unit realistically earn in rent?

Rather than accept the gap, she set out to close it. Drawing on her background in technology and data, from working on the software and data side of banking, Tasleem built the platform she wished she had while buying: one place that brings together official market data, smart tools and artificial intelligence.

Today she leads Prop971's product and innovation, from AI-powered guidance to live market analytics, with one purpose: empowering every buyer and investor to make the right decision with clarity and confidence.
