Danube - 30/70 Payment Plan with Up to 6% Rebate
- Option 1, 5% rebate: 10% down payment, 10% within 60 days, 5% within 10 months, 5% within 18 months and 70% on handover
- Option 2, 6% rebate: 10% down payment, 20% within 60 days and 70% on handover
- Post-handover option: the same first 30%, then 30% on handover and 40% over 30 months, with a 5% premium
- The rebate is applied on handover, once 30% of the price and the 4% DLD fee have been paid
- The rebate does not apply to Shahrukhz
- Valid from 3 to 31 October 2026
