Modon - Wadeem Gardens: Pay 25%, Finance 75% with ADIB

Modon Wadeem Gardens, Hudayriyat Island - 25/75 payment plan

Off-plan buyers usually have to wait for handover before a bank will lend. Modon and ADIB have structured Wadeem Gardens the other way round: you pay 25% while the home is being built and the remaining 75% is financed by ADIB during construction, with the final drawdown in April 2031.

The buyer's 25% is 5% on booking, 5% at month 8 (June 2027), 5% at month 14 (December 2027), 5% at month 20 (June 2028) and 5% at handover in October 2030.
